The piano was actually done in Reason... with the help of SolusLunes... whom makes amazing piano pieces on NG.

I then added lotsa reverb and echo.... :P

Er...

I don't think that the organ thingy you added was nice. You should try using some strings, or even the piano instead of the organ, it would sound a lot better. I didn't like that drum kick (or whatever it was, and you know what drum kick I'm talking about :P ), it's not really a hip-hop kind of thing.
The other drum kick (hip-hop one) the clap and the hats are good enough, it doesn't need any changes on that.
