Keeping your B/P ratio at a low rate is good. It makes you look like an unbalanced B/P'er if it's too high. Yours is perfect, though I see some people with over five, and that's far too high.

I should be level 14 actually. I didn't vote everyday. I missed 50 days. I'm an active member on NG, that's why I have that much B/P. I vote on something like 30 new submissions in a school day, and up to 60 in weekends (my record was something like 72 or 75).
Too bad I just started voting on new submissions at level 7 (and I voted in like, 10 per day). If I voted on every single day, I think I would have more than 4,000 B/P.

At my current B/P rank, I get 1+ voting power. So my VP is 6.47 (one more day and I think it will be 6.48). I currently get a 18% voting power bonus.

Actually, you have to flag abusive reviews (or stolen movies, and stuff like that). I have posted 3 of them on this news post.

Yes, you can flag reviews as abusive in both portals.
READ THE FAQ FIRST. Or else you will flag wrong stuff and you will get a crappy garbage whistle. If you have any questions (like, if a review is abusive or not, and stuff like that), feel free to ask me.

+ Offends with vulgar language; profanity (What if someone offends without profanity? i.e. - "You big fat hippo...")

Ok, that's been established. However, occasionally people leave some mean reviews... not to say they weren't necessarily constructive... Just very mean as well - but not to the point were it's offensive. Can anything be done about that? Or do we have to keep out mouths shut and keep it walking?

No constructive critcism: maybe not all of them should be flagged. I don't really know how to explain. Well, just flag the ones that gives 0 or 1, but they don't really say anything about the flash/music.

Offends with vulgar language: Well, yeah, flag these, I think. The ones that offends the author should be flagged. Also, if they offend another reviewer, then it's considered abusive.

Short and pointless: Hm... Not all of them should be flagged.

More tips for you:
+ Reviews that contains links to promote his song/site or whatever should be flagged.
+ Reviews with "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!", "hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ha" or something like that should be flagged.
+ Reviewers that say "BLAM THIS!", "THIS SHOULD BE BLAMMED!", "WHY ISN'T THIS BLAMMED" are making abusive reivews, so flag them.
+ Reviews with "THIS IS STOLEN!" should be flagged as well.

And about the mean reviews... hm... I don't really think they can be flagged. Just tell me if you find any of these, and I'll be able to tell you if they are abusive.
